SAP Process & Support Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze current administrative processes and implement improvements for SAP users.
• Provide daily support to SAP users and administrative/productive areas, ensuring timely problem resolution.
• Collaborate with hirify.global suppliers and internal teams (purchasing, traffic, logistics, accounts payable) on process compliance and action plans.
• Support training and knowledge assessment for new/current SAP users and develop training materials.
• Execute activities in compliance with hirify.global's safety, health, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in International Relations, Computer Engineering or similar).
• English: C1+ (advanced) required for conversations and training with suppliers.
• Daily management of Interfaces & EDI within SAP (PO’s, Daily releases, ASN’s, MRC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with functional SAP knowledge (LPA, Purchasing, or Logistics Analyst experience preferred).
• Functional SAP knowledge to interpret transactions, analyze document flows, and propose solutions aligned with Material Management best practices.
• Understanding of key supply chain functions (purchasing, traffic, PCC, logistics planning) and ability to translate business needs into SAP requirements.
