TL;DR
SAP Process & Support Analyst: Maintaining and ensuring compliance with key processes in SAP, providing user support, and analyzing/solving problems with an accent on improvements in current processes, support for new developments/implementations, and compliance/correct execution for multiple plants. Focus on analyzing administrative processes, ensuring timely resolution of SAP issues, and collaborating on new functionalities.
Location: Onsite in Santa Catarina, Mexico

What you will do
- Analyze current administrative processes and implement improvements for SAP users.
- Provide daily support to SAP users and administrative/productive areas, ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (purchasing, traffic, logistics, accounts payable) on process compliance and action plans.
- Support training and knowledge assessment for new/current SAP users and develop training materials.
- Execute activities in compliance with 's safety, health, and environmental policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in International Relations, Computer Engineering or similar).
- English: C1+ (advanced) required for conversations and training with suppliers.
- Daily management of Interfaces & EDI within SAP (PO’s, Daily releases, ASN’s, MRC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with functional SAP knowledge (LPA, Purchasing, or Logistics Analyst experience preferred).
- Functional SAP knowledge to interpret transactions, analyze document flows, and propose solutions aligned with Material Management best practices.
- Understanding of key supply chain functions (purchasing, traffic, PCC, logistics planning) and ability to translate business needs into SAP requirements.
