What you will do

• Develop advanced pricing models leveraging data science and AI techniques, considering business dynamics and market competitiveness.
• Contribute to the design and refinement of pricing and demand models, combining actuarial techniques and machine learning.
• Develop analytical models to assess price elasticity, churn, and customer segmentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support pricing adjustments based on customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with business, tech teams, and insurer partners to ensure data-driven pricing decisions.
• Ensure proper model validation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 0 to 4 years of professional experience.
• Interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Proficiency in R or Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Data Visualization Tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluent in French and English (B2 minimum).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in P&C personal lines.
• Knowledge of actuarial pricing tools (Radar, Quantee, Akur8).
• Exposure to emerging AI technologies (LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code).
