TL;DR

Network Performance Intern (Logistics): Supporting the Network Performance team in analyzing and tracking the performance of the hirify.global Go carrier point network with an accent on data gathering, project tracking, and enhancing network reliability. Focus on clarifying operational processes, updating standard operating procedures, and preparing performance reports.

Location: Initial onboarding in Vilnius, Lithuania is required for all interns. The program is based out of offices across Europe.

Salary: 1261 EUR/month (gross)

What you will do

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data related to hirify.global Go carrier point performance.
• Track the progress of ongoing performance improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Help prepare and distribute weekly performance status reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support the Program Managers in clarifying ambiguous operational processes and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• You have a natural affinity for data and enjoy the process of gathering, cleaning, and organizing information.
• You are eager to learn the fundamentals of carrier networks and performance metrics.
• You like taking complex data and turning it into easy-to-read reports.
• You have a knack for clarity and precision and good organisational skills.
• You are a proactive team player.
• Must be available for the entire program duration from June 8 - September 4.
