Regional Sales Director, Ng Siem (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Overseeing the Americas Western Next Gen-SIEM business, providing leadership and management oversight to the NG SIEM specialists. Focus on developing long-term strategies, achieving aggressive revenue goals, and building internal and external partnerships.

Location: Remote within the USA (CA, ID, IL, WA, NV)

Salary: $160,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Provide management oversight to sales specialists to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team.
• Plan and direct activities including forecasting, marketing program development, and relationship development.
• Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with objectives.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure sales goals are met.
• Keep senior leadership informed of key issues and changes impacting business results.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1 to 5 years as a people manager is required.
• Experience in leading/managing senior sales teams with a complex product and solution sales approach is required.
• Background in selling Log and Security Management, especially SaaS products is a plus.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel.
• A Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent experience is required. A Master’s degree is desirable.
