What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of commercial art projects (2D/3D, animation, VFX) ensuring on-time delivery and high team performance.
• Manage partnerships with top-tier international clients, negotiating budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
• Build and develop high-performing art teams, monitoring workload, growth needs, and conducting performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, facilitating postmortems, and enhancing team efficiency and project quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex 2D/3D art projects, leading 3+ simultaneous productions with 10+ team members each.
• Understanding of digital art pipelines from early sketches to final renders or engine-ready assets.
• Strong track record of working with international clients, ensuring alignment across language, time zones, and production expectations.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and skilled in project budgeting and financial literacy for production.
• Fluent in English and Russian: written and spoken for day-to-day communication.
