hirify.global is a global IT services and consulting company, seeking an experienced Program Manager for a large-scale treasury transformation program for DenizBank.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Calypso treasury implementation program.
• Act as the primary liaison between DenizBank stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Oversee treasury functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office.
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Turkish and English is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services.
• Strong Treasury domain knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Risk, P&L).
• Hands-on experience delivering Calypso implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong understanding of system integration and large transformation programs.
• 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management roles.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodies.
• Exposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systems.
• Agile / hybrid delivery experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
