What you will do

• Take ownership of UX activities for the Business Insights (BING) product area.
• Contribute to user research, insights, and data analysis.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, interaction concepts, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product owner, development teams, and pilot customers to create design solutions.
• Plan and participate in usability testing, synthesizing findings and recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality implementation and alignment with hirify.global’s design standards.

Requirements

• Background in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Digital Design.
• Practical experience as a UX Designer on digital products (data-heavy or B2B experience an advantage).
• Strong skills in design and prototyping using Figma.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile product teams.
• Comfortable working with existing research, constraints, and design systems.
• Clear communication skills in Danish & English.
• Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset.
