Graphic Designer

TL;DR

Graphic Designer: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and marketing collateral with an accent on visual consistency, brand standards, and technical accuracy. Location: This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.

Salary: 2000 EUR gross – 2400 EUR gross per month

What you will do

• Create and maintain technical documentation aligning with corporate brand standards.
• Design and produce promotional marketing assets, including advertisements, brochures, and digital collateral.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, including layout, formatting, and color accuracy.
• Recommend and implement design improvements to keep documentation and collateral visually modern.
• Oversee stakeholder review cycles to ensure correct color, scale, formatting, and layout.
• Monitor and track project progress for timely delivery and quality execution.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong knowledge in creating structured technical documentation requiring precision, clarity, and consistency.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio required.

Nice to have

• Additional experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Microsoft applications.
