Salary: 3,400–3,900 EUR gross per month

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from planning through market launch.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product marketing/management, project management teams, and corporate marcom.
• Coordinate campaign and promotional activities with distribution partners and media outlets.
• Oversee timelines, resource dependencies, and status communications.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans and documentation.
• Generate project reports and dashboards using project management software.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the power, protection, or semiconductor industry.
