hirify.global is a company seeking a designer for its Marketing Team.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a visual system for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), including templates, typography, and style guidelines.
• Create simple motion design, such as short animations for digests, explainers, and titles.
• Work with typography to ensure hierarchy, emphasis, and readability.
• Quickly produce templates, adaptations, and variants for different formats and platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in brand and social design with the ability to build a system.
• Strong typography knowledge.
• Confident motion basics, understanding pacing and editing.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Figma knowledge (components, library, auto layouts).
• Advanced Russian and English (B1) required.

Nice to have

• Experience building a brand kit from scratch.
• Portfolio (especially social media design, brand kits).
