Location: Remote (Guatemala)

Salary: GTQ20,000 (monthly)

What you will do

  • Manage high-volume email correspondence and triage messages for the CEO.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple ventures and global time zones.
  • Plan and arrange international and domestic travel, including logistics and itineraries.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination, track action items, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Optimize systems and workflows by leveraging AI tools and documenting standard operating procedures.
  • Provide light sales support, including prospect research, appointment setting, and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in senior executive assistance, operations, or high-level administrative support.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar independently.
  • Strong decision-making skills and confidence in acting on behalf of an executive.
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement new AI systems quickly.
  • Experience creating documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency (C2 in CEFR Scale).
  • Must have own webcam, microphone, computer, and reliable internet (100 Mbps+) in a quiet work area.

  • Experience supporting founders or C-level executives.
  • Background in digital media, fitness, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling companies.
