TL;DR

Senior Project and Program Manager (SaaS): Driving business transformation initiatives including Go-to-Market strategies and data governance for enterprise software solutions with an accent on organizational readiness and cross-functional alignment. Focus on executing large-scale projects, optimizing sales cycles, and implementing data stewardship models to improve operational excellence.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands (hybrid: 8 days/month on-site required).

What you will do

  • Translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and track project benefits.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM programs to improve pipeline, revenue, and customer retention.
  • Drive data governance initiatives, including Customer 360 and account hierarchy standards.
  • Manage complex non-technical projects, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, executive workshops, and decision-making processes.
  • Implement process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting followed by industry experience is compulsory.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong B2B SaaS commercial acumen.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, MDM concepts, and metric definitions.
  • Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and OKR/KPI-driven execution.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch or French.
