What you will do

  • Support the design and implementation of a scalable Customer Success approach for hirify.global mid-market customers in the MEE region.
  • Manage a high-scale book of business balancing high-impact 1:1 engagement with scalable success programs.
  • Develop and execute outcome-based success plans that align SAP Signavio capabilities with customer business goals to drive measurable adoption, value realization and predictable renewals.
  • Own the end-to-end journey for your portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and the definitive internal authority on their needs.
  • Deploy data-driven strategies to identify early churn signals, proactively dismantling technical or organizational barriers to success.
  • Act as the ‘Voice of the Customer’ distilling field insights into actionable feedback for Product and Strategy teams to shape the future roadmap.

Requirements

  • A few years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in a high-growth SaaS/IT environment.
  • A solid understanding of Cloud software and subscription-based business models.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and solve problems at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of accounts and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Business fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is essential for success in the MEE region.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT strategy, hirify.global, or SAP Cloud ERP is a significant advantage.
  • A passion for business transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
