What you will do

• Craft diverse 3D assets from scratch, including characters, props, and environments, in both cartoon and hyper-casual styles.
• Own the full 3D pipeline by handling modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, and animation.
• Integrate your work into Unity, ensuring polished render pipelines and scene setups.
• Create and implement visual effects (VFX) directly within the engine.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to meet high creative and technical standards.
• Share knowledge and participate in agile development to help the team constantly improve.

Requirements

• Expertise in 3D software, with a strong preference for Blender, to create high-quality assets.
• Solid understanding of Unity, including experience with scene setup and content integration.
• Keen artistic eye for shape, color, light, and composition.
• Mobile optimization skills for creating beautiful low-poly assets that run smoothly on mobile platforms.
• Animation and rigging talent, with the ability to move both characters and objects naturally.
• Portfolio showcasing adaptability across vibrant cartoon and minimalist styles.
• Great communication skills in English and Turkish are required.
