Cloud Platform Engineer (Veeam Backup for Salesforce)

Cloud Platform Engineer (hirify.global Backup for Salesforce): Contributing to the infrastructure for developing, testing, and running SaaS products with an accent on ensuring exceptional performance. Focus on monitoring and responding to incidents for distributed applications, enhancing Infrastructure as Code templates, and automating infrastructure.

Location: Remote job is only possible in case the employee is located in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Monitoring and responding to incidents for distributed applications.
• Developing and enhancing Infrastructure as Code templates.
• Write and maintain scripts for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Database monitoring and performance review in production environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Azure cloud components (or equivalent AWS services).
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Azure Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience with K8S, Docker.
• Ability to work with REST APIs for process automation.

• Experience in development using any popular languages (Go, C#, Java, Python, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring distributed systems.
• Experience with Elastic stack.
