What you will do

• Understand overall system maturity and quality from early development to launch.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to create an overall strategy and plan for testing across products and platforms.
• Ensure the execution of the agreed plan for system test and provide transparency on progress and results.
• Participate in the product development program from scoping through requirements setting, development, verification, and release.
• Prepare system test plans for the scope of development programs, defining the strategy and execution plan.
• Continuously report and provide visibility on system test status and results.

Requirements

• Engineering education or similar.
• Background as a test engineer, software developer, or system architect, with experience in developing complex products and systems.
• Experience in technical project management.
• Collaboration skills to work with teams and across functions and borders within an international organization to find solutions.
• Ability to combine practical operational aspects with strategic thinking.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
