What you will do

• Deliver high-quality labelled data across various modalities including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data for AI development.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling task quality.
• Identify day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and suggest changes.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.
• Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is a top priority.

Requirements

• C1+ or equivalent fluency in French language
• Good working knowledge (B2+) in both spoken and written English
• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
