What you will do
- Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans to drive Falcon Flex adoption and activation.
- Partner with direct sales to expand sales within existing and new accounts, building relationships with key decision makers.
- Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact for customers.
- Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) showcasing value realized and accelerating module adoption.
- Drive additional Falcon Flex consumption within a defined sales territory and strategic adoption across enterprise accounts.
- Support renewal cycles and proactively identify risks to customer success to minimize attrition.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience with advanced, wide-ranging experience in resolving complex issues.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
- Experience with flexible licensing models and a proven track record of managing complex customer relationships.
