Что делать
- Define the long-term development strategy of Chats within the context of the MTS Link super-application and be responsible for the product roadmap.
- Manage key product metrics (DAU/MAU of Chats, retention, number of chats created), set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Lead the product team (development, analytics, designers) and cross-functionally influence the sales and marketing teams.
- Study the market and user behavior, identify growth points that we can solve.
- Build and manage product analytics, launch A/B tests, evaluate their impact on the business, and make data-driven decisions.
Требования
- 3+ years of experience in A-level product companies in a similar role as a B2B product owner.
- Experience in direct management of development teams is required.
- Deep understanding of metrics for mobile and communication products.
- Experience working with growth, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Experience conducting user research, building CJMs, and prioritizing hypotheses.
- Experience in the field of messengers, social networks, or communication services.
- Knowledge of analytics tools, SQL will be a plus.
- Knowledge of business metrics.
- Readiness to work hands-on while taking full responsibility for the product.
