Arena is building a new generation of AI-first digital entertainment platforms, having launched multiple brands since 2021, and focuses on designing and building AI-first platforms from the ground up.

What you will do

• Design systems and build prototypes for AI-driven applications.
• Deploy AI capabilities directly into production environments.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define AI usage across products.
• Develop LLM-powered systems and internal tooling.
• Integrate multiple model providers and AI infrastructure.
• Improve developer productivity through AI-native engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building projects outside of work.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling or AI developer workflows.
• Comfortable working across backend systems and APIs.
• Enjoys moving fast and shipping real software.
• Excitement for the practical application of AI in production systems.
