What you will do

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer execution.
• Prepare recruitment materials and consult hiring leaders on recruitment strategy and interview best practices.
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior experience in technical recruitment.
• Workday ATS experience is highly preferred.
• Experience prioritizing their own requisition load.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of management.
• Proven record of success in filling roles, hitting goals, and meeting deadlines.
• Fluency in English (work proficiency in an additional European language will be an advantage).
