What you will do

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, delivering world-class customer service across multiple channels.
  • Research and resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide technical support for both software and hardware, from app issues to charger integrations.
  • Handle questions related to billing, account updates, and contracts.
  • Inform customers about energy-saving opportunities and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
  • Experience in customer service or a relevant field.
  • Customer-oriented mentality and an empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Comfortable in a technology-driven environment.
  • Interested in smart products and services and sustainability.
