What you will do
- Own and manage 50-100 newly launched sellers, ensuring their transition from onboarding to active selling.
- Analyze sales and quality performance data using Excel and Salesforce, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Conduct structured follow-ups, guiding sellers through the launching process and addressing challenges.
- Develop professional relationships with sellers across Europe, providing patient and friendly support.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product, and Finance teams on special projects.
- Identify pain points in processes by gathering seller feedback and implementing targeted projects.
Requirements
- Seeking a 1 year apprenticeship contract (B3 or Master level)
- Fluent English & French (C1 minimum) - you'll manage relationships with sellers across Europe and the US daily.
- Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail for managing high-volume seller portfolios
- Strong communication skills - professional, friendly, and patient approach to challenging situations
- Negotiation and relationship-building abilities essential for portfolio management success
Nice to have
- Previous commercial experience - highly valued for managing seller relationships independently
- Salesforce experience or CRM familiarity
- E-commerce or marketplace experience
- Proactive ownership mindset - ability to make processes your own and drive improvements
