Titans Global is developing an innovative product called CymetricAI, currently in Stealth Mode. As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a strong and experienced team leader to join us.
We are seeking a seasoned Red Team Team Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our CART (Continuous Automated Red Teaming) platform within the Offensive Security division. This role demands a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in adversary emulation, evasion techniques, and automated attack simulation.

You will define the technical vision, lead the creation of advanced attack scenarios, and drive continuous innovation to ensure the platform remains effective against evolving cyber threats. This is an internal-facing role, working closely with R&D, security researchers, and product teams to refine and integrate Red Team capabilities into the broader offensive security ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical strategy and development of the CART platform, ensuring cutting edge attack simulations.
• Oversee and mentor a team of security engineers and offensive security developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Research and develop advanced evasion techniques, adversary tactics (TTPs), and OVA-based deployments to enhance attack realism.
• Define the product roadmap, aligning with evolving cybersecurity trends and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers and Red Team operators to integrate real world attack methodologies into automated simulations.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of offensive security capabilities into the CART product.
• Monitor and analyze security landscapes, continuously improving attack automation frameworks.
• Establish best practices and security controls for ethical use of offensive security technologies within the organization.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Red Teaming, offensive security, or adversary simulation.
• 1+ years of team management experience - must
• Expertise in attack methodologies, TTPs, and cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, C2 frameworks, EDR evasion techniques).
• Strong experience with evasion techniques, offensive security scripting (Python, C#, PowerShell, Bash), and low-level exploitation tactics.
• Deep knowledge of OVA-based deployments, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience in automated attack simulation, offensive security tool development, or adversary emulation platforms.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills, with a track record of managing technical teams.
• Experience with penetration testing, exploit development, and vulnerability research.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD security integration.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux internals, memory analysis, and malware development techniques.
• Experience with Purple Team collaboration, working alongside Blue Team and Threat Intelligence teams to refine detections.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and SOC workflows, optimizing attack scenarios for detection engineering.
• Understanding of AI-driven attack automation and how to integrate ML-based techniques into offensive security tools.
