What you will do

• Drive end-to-end management of the Corporate IT project portfolio, aligning with strategic objectives and OKRs.
• Oversee the implementation and maturation of the hirify.global PPM methodology across Corporate IT initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring high-quality PM services and project health.
• Develop and maintain automated portfolio dashboards providing real-time visibility into project status and milestones.
• Partner with Finance to monitor portfolio-level budget utilization and manage financial variances.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leads regarding the Corporate IT project roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in portfolio and project management, stakeholder management, and risk analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably within e-commerce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
