Что делать

• Analyze and formalize current IT processes, identifying problem areas and developing recommendations for their optimization.
• Work with proposals from top IT management, project managers, and delivery managers regarding IT project management methodologies.
• Interact with related departments to address “junctions” in processes across related departments/functions involved in IT projects.
• Develop regulatory and methodological documents and instructions.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of production metrics.

Требования

• Experience in IT project management and setting up project processes.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT development and knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of frameworks and practices for managing each stage of the lifecycle.
• Understanding of the principles and differences between product and project approaches to development in IT.
• Skills in structuring, formalizing, and describing business processes.
• Ability to develop and implement regulations, standards, and methodologies and track their impact on processes.

• Knowledge and practical use of development methodologies: Waterfall, RUP, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience in implementing and applying key project management methodologies.
