What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent web projects across diverse teams, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore delivery leads to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans proactively to address challenges or changing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of program management experience, specifically in web development or digital projects.
• Proven experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ADO).

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
