• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach your team.
• Remove blockers to ensure team productivity.
• Champion agile thinking, collaboration, and trust.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders for alignment.
• Ensure transparency and consistent communication.
• Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Organized, proactive, and focused on helping others.
• A passion for agile values and teamwork.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent) certification.
• German language skills.
