Location: Must be based in Spain, with onsite presence required at customer locations.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and senior technical expert for strategic enterprise customers.
• Lead architectural discussions and design sessions for optimal application of hirify.global solutions.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and deliver effective, strategic solutions.
• Support customers by managing complex configurations heavily reliant on Terraform.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure customer feedback influences the product roadmap.
• Advise customers on industry best practices in areas like security, network optimization, and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager in cloud networking, security, or web infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of hirify.global’s Application and Security portfolio (DNS, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, CDN, Networking).
• Hands-on experience protecting and securing web applications, APIs, and web services.
• Strong consultative skills with a history of effectively solving complex technical problems in customer environments.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Workers and Workers AI.
• Experience working with hirify.global products with Enterprise accounts.
• Prior customer onsite placement experience.
