What you will do

• Create and track Purchase Orders.
• Monitor and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, including business partner outreach.
• Support EMEA/APAC DocuSign contract routing.
• Manage invoice issues and fix them in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
• Manage the vendor onboarding process.
• Assist and train end users with Purchase Orders and all other P2P activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or partner management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Enjoy learning new technology and have experience configuring and improving procurement operations tools like Coupa, Netsuite, JIRA, and contract management systems.
• Sound judgment to resolve complicated matters while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Technology contract experience with SaaS, Subscription, and Marketing is a plus.
• Financial, tech and process-savvy person who loves to improve processes, systems and tools.
• Team player with collaborative style and proven track record of building successful relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
