What you will do

• Cooperate with all stakeholders and development teams, supporting the Product Owner.
• Analyze customer business processes and initial documentation.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos; prioritize features and manage change requests.
• Support the development team in clarifying requirements and perform acceptance testing and validation.
• Create various artifacts including SRSs, minimal schema, configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, and release notes.
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of BA activities with a proven track record.
• Understanding of the technique of the project, including APIs, microservices, and headless approach.
• Skills in SEO, analytics, and accessibility.
• Practical experience in applying key BA techniques.
• Experience in Customer-facing communication.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
