What you will do

• Provide custom support for hirify.global's largest clients in collaboration with the Senior Account Strategist.
• Proactively communicate with clients, joining weekly calls and QBRs led by the Senior Account Strategist.
• Deliver operational and accurate campaign recommendations, serving as the lead point on execution.
• Monitor performance, optimize campaign budgets and targeting, and implement creative solutions.
• Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion.
• Troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate seasonality trends, and address ongoing issues.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a “1 to many” and “1to1” approach.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders internally and externally.
• Understanding of client and team needs, staying updated with industry evolutions and standards.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Project management skills.
