What you will do
- Provide custom support for hirify.global's largest clients in collaboration with the Senior Account Strategist.
- Proactively communicate with clients, joining weekly calls and QBRs led by the Senior Account Strategist.
- Deliver operational and accurate campaign recommendations, serving as the lead point on execution.
- Monitor performance, optimize campaign budgets and targeting, and implement creative solutions.
- Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion.
- Troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate seasonality trends, and address ongoing issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a “1 to many” and “1to1” approach.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders internally and externally.
- Understanding of client and team needs, staying updated with industry evolutions and standards.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Project management skills.
