What you will do

• Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Champion a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
• Drive the IAM Roadmap and Maturity: Define the roadmap for our IAM program, encompassing identity governance, access management, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication solutions.
• Drive key IAM initiatives: Lead the implementation of critical projects, including centralizing identity management and enhancing authentication security.
• Ensure secure identity and access management: Implement and maintain robust security controls to protect organizational identities and access to critical systems and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with IT teams, business units, and senior management to ensure successful adoption and implementation of IAM initiatives.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to proactively enhance our IAM security posture.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks and technologies, including Identity Governance (IGA), modern authentication (OIDC/SAML/FIDO2), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Ability to translate high-level security goals into a structured IAM Security program, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• A track record of managing complex, global IAM projects from inception to full organizational adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address IAM challenges effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud security architectures and cloud IAM concepts (AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with industry standards and security frameworks
• Experience in fast pace growth environments
