hirify.global is an international English language school for children aged 4-12, providing remote learning according to CEFR standards with English-speaking teachers.

What you will do

• Review and enhance existing ESL curriculum and learning materials for logical progression and age-appropriateness.
• Ensure curricula, Scope & Sequences, lesson content, and assessments align with CEFR descriptors.
• Provide methodological input and guidance for course and lesson development to content writers.
• Ensure instructional decisions are supported by sound ESL methodology and research.
• Evaluate materials for methodological soundness, clarity of learning objectives, and cognitive load.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve content quality.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree or higher in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in ESL curriculum design, methodology, or content development.
• Demonstrated expertise in CEFR alignment, curriculum mapping, and level validation.
• Strong understanding of ESL methodologies (e.g., communicative approaches, task-based learning, scaffolding).
• English: Exceptional command of English (C1 equivalent).
• Experience collaborating with writers, editors, or cross-functional educational teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international or multicultural team.
• Experience in online learning, edtech, or digital ESL content development.
• Familiarity with Cambridge exam alignment (Movers, Flyers, etc.).
