What you will do

• Architect core systems and build scalable, maintainable infrastructure.
• Lead AI integration across game systems.
• Own the full lifecycle from architecture and design through implementation, SDK integration, CI pipelines, and release management.
• Enable the team by building foundations that let other developers move fast and confidently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and data teams to deliver complex features.
• Proactively explore new technologies, frameworks, and approaches for a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Unity development experience shipping live mobile games.
• Experience working on large-scale, live mobile games.
• Comfort working with AI tools and systems.
• Deep expertise in common Unity frameworks and ecosystem tooling.
• Deep expertise in C# and OOP, with a strong command of design patterns and clean, scalable architecture.
• Proven experience designing and building complex, multi-system architectures.
