What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for core banking transformation initiatives.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments and document As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Drive successful project outcomes through the full lifecycle, from initial requirement definition to UAT support.
• Apply deep functional expertise in Sharia-compliant products like Murabaha, Ijarah, Mudarabah, and Tawarruq.

Requirements

• Experience: 7 to 10+ years in the banking sector, specifically within Islamic Banking.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Flexcube.
• Degree in Finance or IT.
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional.
• Ability to navigate complex regulated environments.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Finacle.
• Experience with large-scale core banking migrations.
