What you will do
- Drive the production and publishing of static and video content for social media and digital channels.
- Manage the social media calendar and content planning across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including commissioning copy and design.
- Analyse social media content performance for regular reports and advise stakeholders.
- Assist on shoots, including filming your own smartphone videography.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary, Creative, Digital, Product, Customer Care, and Global Brand teams.
- Optimize social media strategy and production plans by implementing performance insights and focusing on AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in social media management and content creation in a Marketing team or agency environment.
- Strong technical understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proven track record executing successful social media strategies, campaigns, and content with a portfolio.
- Experience shooting content using smartphones, including filming and directing.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools for content production and social media management.
- Keen eye for visuals paired with commercial sensibility and a data-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- A passion for food/cooking or work experience in the food/hospitality industries.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online consumer behaviour.
- Experience working with global teams.
