What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Develop tailored success plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients and the voice of the customer internally.
  • Increase and track adoption of hirify.global Data Quality solutions and expand use cases.
  • Present business reviews and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify potential churn and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
  • Background in SaaS, Data Management, Technology, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong experience solving enterprise technology and data challenges.
  • Proven record of over-achievement and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Enterprise Data Management.
  • Prior experience with clients in Banking & Financial Services.
