What you will do

  • Contribute to the scaling and operation of core telemetry pipelines ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Implement observability technologies like OpenTelemetry by creating configurations and supporting fleet management.
  • Develop new features to enhance developer experience, data governance, and cost visibility.
  • Author and maintain production-grade infrastructure using Terraform and IaC practices.
  • Resolve complex technical production issues as part of an on-call rotation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote operational excellence through code reviews and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in backend services, distributed systems, or infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with observability principles and technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Clickhouse, Datadog, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry).
  • Proficiency in Golang.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker) and a major cloud platform (AWS preferred).
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
