Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role: 60% office, 40% remote)

What you will do

  • Plan and manage comprehensive SEA/PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Optimize account structures, keyword portfolios, and bidding strategies to reach top-level targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, Affiliate, Sales, and Analytics.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in paid online marketing and PPC campaign management.
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and SA360.
  • Fluent English proficiency; French language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills.
