What you will do

• Update clinical content for Today’s Clinical Support (JPoC), an online secondary reference database.
• Keep content up to date based on the latest medical evidence and clinical information sources.
• Edit content written/revised by physician authors and medical reviewers.
• Collaborate with proofreaders, vendors, licensing stakeholders, and other editorial staff for continuous updates and publishing.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to update drug-related information.
• Propose product improvements based on customer feedback and usage data.

Requirements

• Experience editing digital/online content.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• English proficiency at basic business level or above (comfortable reading and writing simple messages).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Editing experience for medical/healthcare publications (especially online media).
• Medical writing experience.
• Healthcare qualification (e.g., nurse, pharmacist).
• Workflow/operational improvement using Excel (functions, Power Query, VBA, etc.).
• Effective use of AI tools.
