What you will do
- Understand customer technology, product, and business strategies.
- Build strong partnerships and drive product adoption through design wins.
- Lead account planning and execution to identify and capture growth opportunities.

- Strengthen collaboration with distributors, OEMs, and ecosystem partners.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in field sales engineering, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of the IT market, products, and competitive landscape.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Japanese Native and Business level English.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- On-site presence required in Tokyo, Japan.
