Salary: $224,995—$264,700 USD

What you will do

• Manage litigation and regulatory investigations for hirify.global across a range of practice areas.
• Develop and execute hirify.global's worldwide litigation strategy and tactics.
• Track, investigate, prepare evidentiary presentations, and litigate lawsuits and regulatory matters.
• Draft and file pleadings and briefs as needed.
• Engage and manage outside counsel.
• Work collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of litigation or regulatory investigation experience.
• Experience managing and successfully resolving strategic litigation.
• Experience with regulatory investigations and financial regulatory enforcement actions.
• Experience with third-party subpoenas from regulatory agencies.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Member of a US state bar in good standing.
• Occasional travel required.
