What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new logo acquisition within large enterprise accounts.
  • Build account prioritization frameworks by evaluating whitespace and customer propensity to buy.
  • Execute complex sales strategies using methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers to facilitate business transformation.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting processes for medium to large complex accounts.
  • Drive solution selling efforts, customizing platform offerings to address specific business challenges.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in enterprise-level strategic sales.
  • Ability to apply sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
  • Experience selling into technology accounts within the software development ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft comprehensive proposals and align cross-functional strategies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Germany.
