What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans for new logo acquisition within large enterprise accounts.
- Build account prioritization frameworks by evaluating whitespace and customer propensity to buy.
- Execute complex sales strategies using methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure alignment with customer goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers to facilitate business transformation.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting processes for medium to large complex accounts.
- Drive solution selling efforts, customizing platform offerings to address specific business challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in enterprise-level strategic sales.
- Ability to apply sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- Experience selling into technology accounts within the software development ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to craft comprehensive proposals and align cross-functional strategies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Germany.
