Business Development Manager

What you will do

• Support customers in developing their investment projects together with sales and technology specialists.
• Build trust as a project development advisor and specialist, developing and validating value proposals.
• Present solutions and value add in conferences and customer meetings.
• Proactively develop a network of project developers and financiers.
• Contribute to a growing number of solid sales projects in new markets.
• Develop long-term business relationships with investors and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience, such as project development or project sales/procurement.
• Relevant educational background (e.g., higher university degree in economics, energy, or industrial engineering and management).
• Relevant industry experience, e.g., energy, waste-to-energy, or process industries.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts for project deliveries (sales or procurement).
• Strong competence in investment and financing models.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
