What you will do

• Gather customer requirements and align stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Define feature specifications and coordinate development lifecycles with UX/UI and IT teams.
• Lead the global rollout and adoption of new platform functionalities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback post-launch to drive continuous platform improvements.
• Organize internal training and awareness initiatives to maximize feature utilization.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate business impact.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Digital Transformation.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management for digital or e-commerce initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with digital concepts, software testing, and quality assurance workflows.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in an international context.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI.
• Understanding of agile project management methodologies.
