What you will do

• Gather and understand customer needs through workshops and feedback.
• Define feature requirements based on business input and align with stakeholders.
• Lead the rollout of new features, ensuring global adoption.
• Coordinate with UX/UI and IT teams to improve customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback post-launch and organize further improvements.
• Organize training sessions and awareness initiatives to maximize the impact of new features.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business administration, International Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and coordination of digital projects within an international e-commerce context.
• Familiarity with digital and technical concepts, software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and customer feedback-driven approach.
• Excellent knowledge of English(written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
