What you will do

• Manage UK payroll as a processing client using ADP iHCM.
• Manage payroll processing for assigned foreign countries across the EMEA region.
• Collect, validate, and maintain payroll data within spreadsheets and payroll databases.
• Prepare and park payroll journals for posting into SAP.
• Support onboarding and off boarding processing, including setting up new starters and calculating final payslips.
• Handle and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and SUMIF.
• General payroll or accounting experience; multi country experience is advantageous.
• French, Spanish or German language skills are highly desirable to support multi country payroll operations across EMEA.
• Self Starter, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Relevant certificates in Payroll would be highly desirable, for example CIPP.
