What you will do
- Lead assigned brands/portfolios, acting as the primary agency contact and expert.
- Influence strategic recommendations and client decision-making to drive business growth.
- Oversee account profitability and ensure financial stewardship for a portfolio of $4-6M+ in agency fees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Ensure quality delivery of projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and contribute to the agency's overall commitment and leadership.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New Jersey, US
- Proven experience as an account lead with oversight of significant agency fee portfolios.
- Expertise in client's business, category, channels, and audiences.
- Masterful communication, listening, speaking, and business writing skills.
- Ability to identify client/project concerns proactively and escalate as needed.
- Strong financial acumen for budget management, forecasting, and SOW approval.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and drive performance improvement.
