TL;DR

Quality Coach (FinTech): Driving a culture of best-practice ATTD within the trading team, acting as a hands-on practitioner, coach, and guide. Focus on writing acceptance test criteria from product, functional, operational monitoring, and alerting perspectives.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Kraków, Poland, 2 days remote)

Salary: Starting from 16 000 PLN (final offer based on experience)

What you will do

• Write acceptance test criteria from a product/functional and operational monitoring & alerting perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Advocate and embody modern engineering practices such as ATDD within the team.
• Collate Business Acceptance Test programs for new products and features.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members in ATDD practices.
• Perform exploratory testing and create and prioritise stories to close gaps.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and experience of various types of tests required for an always available, customer facing trading platform.
• Understanding and experience in modern iterative engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience of ATDD.
• Good problem-solving skills and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Strong English-language communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A keen interest in ongoing learning, both business and technical.
