Business Development Manager (Industry): Driving market share growth and lead generation in Flanders industrial accounts with an accent on prospection and key offer promotion. Focus on identifying client needs, managing relationships, and collaborating on business transformation projects.

Location: Diegem. Hybrid work with the possibility to work 70% from home and work up to 45 days abroad.

What you will do

  • Develop market share and generate leads through active prospection.
  • Promote and sell key offers with the support of subject matter experts and technology architects.
  • Detect, select, prioritize, and manage major opportunities.
  • Identify and summarize client needs for Strategic Resource Planning.
  • Manage end-to-end relationships with clients, including contracts and cash collection.
  • Collaborate with engineering practices on business transformation of accounts.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master's degree in Business Management.
  • You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting or business development of services for the industry.
  • You have affinity for technology, product development and production.
  • You are customer-centric and know how to work with demanding business stakeholders.
  • You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
